Ray Padilla is a performance driven professional with a proven track record of achieving results. He has a passion for quickly identifying business issues and implementing sustainable solutions to reduce costs and increase revenue. He has over 20 years of experience accelerating transformation through people.

Ray is highly skilled at working with client executives and employees at all levels in the organization to achieve enterprisewide strategic goals. His sector expertise spans a wide variety of industries, including: manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, fast moving consumer goods, information technology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense, automotive, and heavy industrial. He has extensive experience in supply chain management and has worked globally throughout the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe.

Ray began his career at Hewlett-Packard and held various positions spanning manufacturing, new product development, quality, technical support, customer service, and information technology. While at HP, Ray contributed to Yokogawa HP’s successful pursuit of the coveted Deming Prize. He pioneered an integrated approach to applying operational excellence methodologies to achieve rapid results in manufacturing and service business processes.

Ray attended workshops taught directly by Dr. W. Edwards Deming and gained first-hand experience working with Japanese process experts at Yokogawa Hewlett-Packard and Kaizen Institute of America. Ray is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and graduated with honors with a bachelor of science degree in technical management from Regis University.
